Times, Etc.All classes run from 10 A.M. to roughly 5:30 P.M.ConfirmationWe will confirm receipt of payment by email as soon as we process the charges. If you haven't received a confirmation after several days, please send us email at <>.PaymentOur preferred means of payment is by credit card. We do accept purchase orders to reserve a place in class, but payment in full is required 7 days prior to the first class meeting to guarantee your place in class. (Government purchase orders will be treatd as payment, however). Just FAX us the P.O. (510/528-2439) instead of using the Enrollment Form.CancellationIf you must cancel for any reason, you must notify us immediately by sending email to <>. Also, send us email if you need to transfer your registration to another person.There is a $100.00 cancellation fee. If a cancellation request is received by us fewer than seven days prior to first class meeting, and there is no waiting list, we will issue a credit towards another class, but not a refund. We will refund your tuition (less the $100) if we can fill your slot from the waiting list, however. LocationsSan Jose, CaliforniaSan Jose, California, is in the Silicon Valley, about 30 miles South of San Francisco. Classes in San Jose are held at the Software Development Forum in San Jose, CA, just south of San Francisco. The center is within easy walking distance of both the light-rail system and the CalTrain Station. (Since we're starting at 10AM, the commute isn't too bad either.) |
